1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time & Charges

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select cities, extra charges apply).

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and tracking link.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances like courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions may affect delivery schedules. We request your patience in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Kanudi Fashion will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement if applicable.
